Thought i posted this video up.already but cannae find it.
Snow trials of my 6x6
https://youtu.be/VGdihEyFa18
Unfortunately keep stripping spline in the central bevel drive so it runs fwd. Doh!
Need to find a beefed up solution to drive the 6x6. Might try adding a pin through shaft and gear like a keyway.

Hey Will, you still haven't posted a video, you posted a link (Come on, now, you know there was no way I could resist

)
And I love the truck. That looks just
great. Have you thought about a two motor set-up? Would that maybe help with the stripping issue?
Next time you take video, some close-ups would be cool.

The multi motor setup would probably get rid of the issue. But i really wanted to drive the wheels like they would be on the real.truck. But these transmissions are just too weak.
I think I would really need 3 motors one for each axle.
But I want it to be able to crawl. So thinking I may need bigger axles or go metal

sell N20 Geared motors for just a couple of £s so that a twin motor set up with the motors maxed at 160 rpm or slower depending on what specification you choose would be able to crawl and NOT destroy your final drive.

Thanks. I got some already.
I going to try and get some metal diff gears made and see how that goes. Depends how.easy to get something to work.
If not I buy some more diff drives and connect up.some n20s. Have some alloy bulkheads for mounting the motors.
