Just a little done today , Ive improved the gear stick. I made a new one from copper tube added three rubber o rings to form the rubber base and re mounted the top ball . I have also added the choke missing from the Dragon Kubel.

Here are the working rifle clamps and butt holders from Mike. The mounting bracket I've made from a thin piece of steal bent and shaped as close as i could get it. I just need to paint the clamps and fit the leather pieces and make some rubber bungs.

Thanks Ice , and he does . I tried to make the butt holders but decided to get the lot from Mike, excellent service to. Got this all again on my next Kubel  But not starting that just yet.

Here is another picture showing the dial fitted .I chose the early version dial with VW logo . Sorry its not a clear pict as these dials are excellent . I have also recessed the dial and added a clear lens and rim.

I have started the convoy light . I'm not to hot on electronics so I did it in my simple way . Ive added some detail to the unit. I'm using clear green lenses for the top (cut from a clear/green lid of tomato feed container) ,clear red for bottom light and orange which will be none illuminating as the break light for the other rear light. It was a struggle to wire this up and if the round rear light will work i think that will be fiber optic cable.
