Moves really well....almost sounds like a gas turbine engine in it :D .... could i get a look at the sorking parts of the suspension please... I got a 'large scale' project i would like to revive and just about to get to the suspension so could use a few hints etc... :thumbup:

I do not have the skill or patience to ever build something like that myself, so I'll do with rtr tanks that I just modify a bit.. It must be really rewarding to drive arround with something you built 100% yourself..

Ah cheers....dont know i how i missed that, but thats exactly the way i did mine but used plastic original swind arms...= no good :S so one day when i get to it i shall uses steel :D

Hi just seen this post . Excellent mate love the detail and work you have put into this . I'm thinking of build a tank in wood . Can I ask what did you coat the tank in to hide the wood grain ? Ive been told fiber glass resin. I have looked through your post but sorry if I missed it mentioned in it.
