Yes he is. Carl is a "Dummy 13" robot, pretty popular in the 3D printing community. Here he is showing off with some 155mm shells:
I have re-scaled him to 1:10 to go with my M548.

The lower half of the cabin is almost ready. The decals are my design. They match the nr.4 vehicle used at the Bovington tank museum.
And Carl is showing some progress on the props. This shell now has printed copper driving bands (instead of painted) and the decals are 2-layered: a white underground and a yellow top layer.
