Thank you guys!
Thank you!
I actually used graphite powder on the bow guns, shovel, wrench, hatches handles and some other place but it doesn't show that much!
I gonna repaint the bow gun with the AK pens (weapon set), it's called black but it's actually gun metal, and their gun metal is lighter than true gun metal but can work for other things, I felt in love with those pens!!! Awesome to paint details but I did not know them when I painted this Sherman last year.
I need to work a bit more on the pioneer tools, I want them olive drab but used with the wood showing through.
Maybe I'll add some micro chains I found for my other Sherman for the fuel caps!
Just noticed I never painted nor installed the 12.7 machine gun.

"I want them olive drab but used with wood showing through." Just now I am far from my books on the Sherman; however, I believe that the tools were finished in various ways: finished in clear lacquer, unfinished, or spray painted in all olive drab. So your choice is absolutely correct for a small amount of use.

Yes you're right sir!
And the lazy side of me is thinking it's a good reason to stop there
But I like the worn look of the pionner tools, the problem is that I never get the result I want, I tried AK worn and chipping effects but I don't master the technique very well yet! Gonna give it another try.

You nailed it.
Both my Tiger I and M4A3E8 are statics

Monsieur, did you use pigments or oils or? for the hull and turret weathering?

Thank you Abe.
Your builds are fantastic, your Tiger I is going to be of a great help when I'll rework mine (the first 1/16 tank I had back in the early 2000 when it was released by Tamiya).
I haven't read all the pages of your thread yet, but I already found some great ideas and things to improve on mine!
