As Rob says, possible return following damage to opening, put back in stock, without checking? and hop sends next order, given the state of the polystyrene and the tank, the packaging cardboard must have also suffered? otherwise? indeed, attempted fraud? the installation of the battery should have been seen
It should be taken back, if possible.
Yes, I've initiated the return process -- the package has already been picked up for shipping back to the store. You are right, I was curious that the styrofoam had so much damage, but the external packaging (while not pristine) did not have as much.
A shame since I got my Tiger from them (I am happy with my Tiger!) and they actually have the best prices that I've seen (in Asia, at least). I even planned to buy more tanks from them.

Indeed, looks like alen bolts to me too.
But when you buy a set of tools to get them out, be aware that there are 2 different ones available:
1. metric size
2. inches.
It's built in Asia , it's metric. Theres only one country still insisting on using feet and inches.

I also updated my Leopard tank. I preferred the M1, but the M1's turret seemed smaller than the Leopard's, so I chose the Henglong 2A6.

So what all do you have going on with the turret? Some of it I can tell, some of it seems unfamiliar (metal tube with servo connected by wires).
Also
What stabilizer unit are you using?
