Duplicolor is readily available here in the US through auto parts stores. Modelers here, too, like the primers, and I have seen some model cars on which decanted Duplicolor finish paints were used to fine effect.

DS or PS 108
Can size is the difference.
If you can locate some let me know the cost mate.
I might get you to send me some

I found a twin-pack of the smaller cans in Sydney, it'll be cheaper to get something local sent by road freight than trying to get dangerous good sent by air!

The panzer looks great all in one colour, really ties it all together. What did you have in mind for a camo scheme?

Camo is yellow base with roughly applied loose squiggly lines, similar to my 111 Panther but less busy.
I will try to get a pic of something close

Like this one.
Captured by the Russians .
The camo is very rough and loose so lots of yellow visible

That camo scheme is really busy and will look great on the already busy PZIV! Stuff to catch your eye everywhere. I love it!

Mike.

I appreciate your optimism Mr Coleman !
I might need a new airbrush as mine has done 30 tanks over 10 years now & I dont reckon it can hold a tight enough fan to get this right.
Still, I wont die not knowing eh !

Hmmm, and it seems I need a set of these 1:24 Littlebit scale horsehoes too :/
I could try to make one, but it will look 'made' and not realistic enough.
It only has to go on the front left guard, but it does need to be reasonable enough looking.
Any of you from the Old Country up there have a need for a horseshoe by any chance ??

Im also toying with the idea of adding an armored plate to the turret roof al-la this vehicle pictured on the Eastern front in winter 43/44
As this Taigen is not accurate enough to be a specific reproduction of one Tank, I have a degree of license to blend several looks onto one & have the best of all !!
Not sure , still drinking on it :problem: :shifty:
