That's a solid 20pds or to put it into an easily understandable term, 4 gallons of milk. Please do a video of the outdoor run if you can? It's been a long, 'heavy' trip to get it to this point, Sir.

Hey Painless... saw the specs on that Taigen Kv...20 lbs in the box 8O ...so you're going to have a rock crusher too :haha: :haha:

Been making some more progress on the weathering this week. For this tank I've weathered more so than usual. However there is method in the madness, this particular tank was in the field for over two years before being captured by the Russians. I'm depicting it late in the war when it was fairly dinged up (or so the pictures suggest).

Used the ak streaking grime rain marks and rust streaks. Also tried some Vallejo rust pigments, been pretty sparing with these though;

Tom,
A job extremely well done. Looks like two years of hard service on some heavy metal realism.

I'm getting tired of seeing this one unfinished so pulled my finger out last night, running gear off, primed red oxide, hairsprayed, dukelgelb and chipped. Tracks sprayed a dark brown ready for some natural weathering. Got the ak interactive mud set through the post so hopefully can play about with some nice mud effects tonight! But first will need to add some washes to the wheels to get them looking like the rest of the tank (even of they're getting muddy!)

Nearly finished! Got the shading done one the wheels, the DAK wash looks very good, this bodes well for the Tunisian tiger. Next I added mud using the ak interactive fresh mud kit and the mig acrylic resin. I need to add some slightly lighter shades but the main bit is done. I have to say the kit is very good and textures up very nicely.

I've got to add some weathering on the exhausts and I'm planning to add the shell in barrel from the bri-modellbau, and another on the hoist. Will just need some crew and job done!

Good Afternoon, Tom,
Really spectacular job on the mud and washes! Makes the Sturm Tiger look almost completely different. ;o) Looking forward to the crew.

Cheers folks! Glad you like how she's turning out, the "muds" interesting to work with. I stumbled across a technique of putting some of the mixture on an old paint brush and then spraying the brush with my airbrush to create the spatter. The larger bits like between the lower hull and wheels I did by stippling on with a brush.
