The plates have calmed down a lot now.
Final wash done, just to do the dust over once all the bits are on.

Cheers Mr Rainford
The welds are ok but I overdid the flame marks on some joints.
Tracks covered in pigment, tools finished with "wooden paint" and mounted.

Herman,
It's looking good! Are those Tamiya tools? They have nicely done buckles and straps on them.

Painless

Mr Herman I think you did a brilliant job with everything as Mr Painless noted very nice tools they do look like the ones I have on my Tamiya King Tiger.

It looks like those nowadays readily available cast tool. The paint job blends nicely with the tank :).

They are plastic tools and carefully reworked.
Matorro standard moldings would you believe.!
I used a razor saw blade to score the grain into the handles, and some of my rear plate paint for the heads.
Once dry, the heads were dry brushed with J.A. Green XF-13.
The handles were dry brushed with burnt umber, then again with raw sienna to further lift the grain.
Brown wash over the lot then a touch with a pencil to highlight metal buckles.

I think the slightly exaggerated torch cuts look great, it can't be easy cutting through steel that thick.

Got a bit more done.
Tracks etc, more weathering.
Got the barrel support, exhausts, hull mg, and rear deck mg to do, then dust over & done.
