Did you see the "G" i did in the Tamiya builds?
Your "G" is coming along nicely, still I think you should do the camo in the Eastern front scheme, but then I am bias'd 8)

Cheers!

Thank you, If you mean the R01, yep great job on it. I am stuck on doing this one up in the Ambush pattern. I've always liked it and need to do one up. The F or II the I will be doing next will be in the dopple or dot pattern, and although I have most of the detail parts for that one it is months off from even starting.

Sorry for the delay guys... Just been working a TON of hours and on the house before the snow flies here.. I'll get some stuff up soon as I can, but the build is far from being dead!

Hi Jay,

Excellent build, I like the transmission cover mod....been a thorn for me that one, so copying yours!...I notice too on the tamiya turret that the small armoured bit in front of the commanders cupola is in line with the front episcope...is that standard on the tamiya turret?...because it is supposed to be just off to one side as it is for a steel wire which runs from the infra red scope to the main gun somehow...I cut mine off on the heng long turret and put it where yours is now, but after a bit of research the chaps at heng long got it right for a change, so I put it back...its a small thing to fix

Regards....Nic

Thanks Nic, The one thing I forgot to do with the cover mod is keep a pattern...hahaha As far as the armored bit, that's a good point, the wecohe is also offset, thanks for pointing that out  I am hoping to get back to this in a few weeks or sooner..

Astounding camo rendering sir if I may say so. Looks like you have the prescribed camo scheme from the MAN factory down to a tee. If I may ask how you made the feathered edges of the camo? I would assume you did not mask it with tape as it is not hard edged.
