I think the idiot has had another stroke. His legs have stopped working, he is incapable of speaking, and is totally useless. Or it could be something to do with the eight pints of Old Jock, and three Old Pultney Whisky he has had. Either way, bits don’t work.

I did plan to retire at 65 but my guvnor asked If I would stay for another year,
I did only to find the man going through the same pantomime a year later,
I had lost my mother to a stroke a couple of years before and with no desre to copy her I wrote my comfirmation of retirement to HMRC and left at the end of the month with no regrets at all.
Best decision I ever made,
My advixe walk away do not look back try to forget that part of your life,
When I left the Service I marched into the Majors office he said thank you for your service, I marched out,
After all those years of fun and terror, boredom and action It was over, I was Mr Clarke,
Simple as that.
I did only to find the man going through the same pantomime a year later,

Well done Ian, I can highly recommend retirement. Spending today tinkering on a 707 fuselage at our local museum where I volunteer. Much better than working.

I've been retired since the end of July.
It was the earliest possible date and the best decision I've ever made.
No one tells me what to do anymore – with one exception: my wife.
The good thing is that she shares my hobby, so we rarely argue.
And if you take a look at my old workplace now,
you can see that things are fine without me...
Nothing can replace leisure time,
except for even more leisure time.
I've been retired since the end of July.
It was the earliest possible date and the best decision I've ever made.
No one tells me what to do anymore – with one exception: my wife.
The good thing is that she shares my hobby, so we rarely argue.
And if you take a look at my old workplace now,
you can see that things are fine without me...
