It is really coming together! Even tho' it was a pain, adding the foliage loops is a great detail to add. Hel and the Devil are all in the Details. Here is another Thumbs Up for the wooden Jack Block and the Reflector.

Painless Wolf are those the Schumo C hook kit? I was going to go with that kit but they were out of stock the last time I ordered some stuff from Axel's. I do have a good stock of the Schumo butterfly screws though so I'll try attaching them to the Torro ones. I glued some 3D butterfly nuts on but i knew they wouldn't stick and 3 of the 4 have already been knocked off. I really like your jack block and when I finish everything else mine will have to be addressed. Still a little antsy about removing it as that back plate is cracked in a lot of places and I have reinforced it but I think I'm stuck with the attached Torro block. Hello, superb work on this Jagdtiger, for the rear part, on my KT Tam, I had reinforced with a 1.5 mm aluminum plate glued "Stabillite Express!!

I think the main cause of the cracking on the rear plate is from the mudguards hitting anything or being grabbed when picking the tank up caused a lot of bending force being transmitted into an already very weak large piece of plastic. Fortunately I wanted them removed anyway. I'll just clean up my reinforcing with a few more pieces of Evergreen poly

I dug back through the Build to see where the Tow Haaken came from. Looks like Dave and Julie from Forgebear here on the Forum rounded up those Schumo Bits.

Well since I need to give the MicroSol 24 hours to work until I can safely put the gloss coat over the decals I decided to go nuts this afternoon painting periscopes and of course the dots. So once I have the decals sealed I can then spray a coat of semi gloss on and get the first filter down. I've done a few of these hinterhalts and while in it's present condition it looks way too bright and shiny once I lay a good wash down on it a lot of my mistakes will magically disappear as the colours blend. With spray bombs and camo the third colour is always the hardest to judge and with a tank this size I had to do the first third of it and the barrel first and then do the remaining two thirds as the camo putty is always moving and dripping as it softens up. But that's done and weathering is my favourite part of painting tanks
