Thank you for your kind words. What are going to print when you get your printer going?

Printing with the TPU filament is going ok. Set up a new profile in Prusa Slicer - no heated bed and every speed set at 40mm/s. Printing each tyre separately to keep stringing down to a minimum. Rollers for one side complete.

Kinda torn about that. Stuck between an E100, an IS4, or maybe even a BMP.

Tracks completed, 80 hours printing and 3 sore fingers assembling them.
A truly momentous day!

This is one of Lubos's designs isn't it .
That guy is a talent .
The fantastic quality of your printed pieces is on you though . How do you get such an amazing end product ? Is it you or the printer or both ?
Amazing job mate .
Cheers .

Thank you friend for your kind words.
Yes this is a tank from 3dprintedtanks. Lubos has an amazing talent for design and it is a real pleasure to print and assemble. He also reacts very quickly to any questions you may have about his tanks.
As you may have seen from an earler post my printer is a diy design and made by myself. Carefull attention to setting and callibrating goes along way to a successful printer. Also, slicing software has come along way with so many options to tweak to get the best out of the printer, and this is done over a long period of time.
Enough about my project, your 1/6 Sherman looks awesome! Where can I find out more about it?

Wheels, tyres and tracks for one side complete. Fender side plates and wheel caps will be fitted after painting.
