A rain tarp for the gap between the mantlet and hull is made of kitchen rubber glove material leftover from the Leopard C2 Mexas build of last summer has been used. Works perfectly.
The purchased stowage, commander crew and infantry riders have not made it through the postal service yet. Will be added later.

Can't wait for a snow video! Love that Stug! I've always found the German's use of concrete for a little extra armor fascinating. I really like the cannon recoil and the ostketten. Actually, I like everything about it! Fabulous job!

Thank you Eric and 43rdRecceReg. I wanted this Stug to be a good heavy duty runner, avoiding light materials and items that could be easily damaged. I also keep electronics very simple.

Here is an external photoshoot in the Canadian snow and two YOUTUBE videos of at the end for joyrides with the Ostkettens. I gave two overall coats of flat varnish to the Stug before putting it in the snow.
And here is a couple of Joy rides in the backyard. I had to clear an area as there is about 15cm of really soft snow right now. Above 2cm of snow, the vehicle starts to have issues, so it is realistic. The model is quite heavy and does not skid on the snow. I gave more gas on the second video. Ostketten in the snow is probably a rare sight, enjoy.

Perfect build, not too much, not too little! Looks right at home in the snow. I like how the Ostketten throws up a little "rooster tail" under full power. I've always liked the way these tracks look, something not seen often enough IMHO. She appears to have plenty of traction!
