Alvyn - i actually have a flash car :haha:
Life of the EDM machinist is sweet.Even more in Slovakia (low prices).I can buy at least one professional printer at year (even my wife dont mind about this).

But yes - as you have said. This is what i am trying.I want to release that STLs, but i dont put it NEVER on the third party sellers site.We have talked about that and i dont want to do this again. This gambody, shapeways and other sites are just parasites, feeding yourself from the designers. How the f*ck can somebody ask you for the 50-60% of the money just because its putted there, on their site? Its a legal theft and i dont see any morality there.
Its the same as with milk - it cost 1€ here, but rancher take 0,3€ and hypermarket 0,7€ from this.Something is wrong with this world :eh: .
There is only one group of people wich i hate even more - people wich is buying a thousands of domains only to sell this for the 3000€ when you really want this (domain kidnappers).
Just unmoral monsters.

Okay, breathe :haha: .

I have my own place for the STLs. warprints.xyz but is still under construction.
I want to provide full kits of non-printed parts and electronics for my tanks there as well.

About the tracks - its not a 100% thing, but i can make a beautifull symbiosis with the Attracks, wich is Hungarian one-man company making a tracks. He can make a sprockets and tracks to virtually any of my designs.Great guy.
But it can be done even with 3D printed tracks.
I have seen this DKLMs one - this is a lt-38 tracks.Different one (shorter).I want original Hetzer tracks for this. But price is quite good.

In short - everything is coming.Slow, but for sure.I want to prepare everything in perfect form before i open my shop.

Speaking from lots of experience, 3D printing is slow, even slower if you want a really good finish.
The skill level on this Hetzer design is on another level & I can tell it will scale up very nicely to 6th scale. I’ll be all over this should the stl’s become available.
Can I suggest this, if perhaps the stl’s cost £50, you can get a creality Ender 3 (if all parts will fit on the bed?) for £150ish, add £30 for filament. For a total outlay of £230 you can have this Hetzer as advice on how to run the printer is free from me & many others.
The bonus is you will be left with a 3D printer ready for the next fantastic creation

Yes.Its slow.

I am sure scaling this up to 1/6 means complete rework.Absolutely complete rework. And i dont do 1/6.Todays 3D printers are too small and i dont care about this scale at this point.Maybe i change my mind in few years.I don know.

I know about Ender 3.I have actually thinked about this. Its a possible way to go.Bad thing is - Ender 3 is worst as my actual printer, so i have to make postprocessing to parts from the two printers.
Enders output is good.Great for this money. But its not perfect. This printer just dont give me a totally perfect prints. So i am not sure its a worth of it.
I want to spend more for the printer, able to print parts without postprocessing.
Something like this
https://trilab3d.com/en/deltiq-printer/
Its definitely more suitable to print kits.
Or Zortrax M200.
I dont want to postprocess all that parts for kits.I just dont want  .

If i sell a kit, it must have even better quality like this actual Hetzer.I dont want to destroy my name with some half-done, unprofessional kits.Everything must be perfect.

Even this actual STL files for the Hetzer need to be modified after this first build to be far better. In second attempt it become more user-friendly and i have to add some another functions to Hetzer.
Now i have to try to add possibility to mount RX-18 controlled canon to the Hetzer, because i want to add possibility for the cheap build.
Its the same thing what you can do with T-14.You can equip it with cheap RX-18 with Heng Long recoin unit but you can change this to the servo controlled Elmod recoil anytime you want (and vice-versa) without cutting or drilling.
This actual build is very limited in this. How much of you want to use Elmod instead of some cheap unit?

First run :P

Developing a suspensions was a challenge a little bit.It took a lot of versions and i dont think this is a last one.
There is a stronger suspension in front, weaker in the back of the vehicle.

I have started a motors for a moment. Its running smooth and have enough power.Hetzer dont have too much weight.

I think this little vehicle can have great off-road abilities.

Ok so tell us about how you designed the different rated springs for the Hetzer. Are they different thicknesses of printed materials or something else?

No.Nothing like this. Its a simple trick.I have tried to play with the thickness, but is limited by the printer.
Trick is just in this: springs from the backside have with every leaf free to move, but the frontal spring have leafs splitted together (3x2 leafs of the frontal spring is splitted) but you cannot see the difference when its printed.

Its printable with ABS or ASA and 0,3-0,25mm nozzle. Is impossible to do this with a bigger nozzle.

Thank You,
i do my best.
I have figured out a simple mod to allow cheap build with RX-18, but you lost recoil and gun traverse.Just elevation and you can put some diode in to the canon.
Thats all.Very limited, but very economical.I dont think everybody want to spend money for the Elmod (i want  ).Electronics and gun can be swapped everytime and very fast, so if you buy a Elmod in the future, just print parts for the servo controlled gun and replace this RX-18 (dummy) gun.

I am still improving this 3D model.I want to reach quality of my T-14 in terms of internal and mechanical parts.I want to try to add diode to notek in the second build (maybe i can replace notek on this Hetzer too) and to add IR battle capability. And some parts need to be slightly changed to improve printing and assembly.

I have to wait for the last bearings from Aliexpress right now, its time to print tracks :'( .
