Nice build Carl. I like the weathering you did on it too!! DIIRTTYY and RUUUSSSSTY finish.
Question for you: How did you do the blanket bit hanging at the top of the turret? Always wonder how.
Secondly, whats the difference between stock HL board vs TK60? handling? speed? movement?

Hi there. The blanket was just some old tee shirt I painted brown and green and then folded and held together with CA glue. Easy to do. If you watch the video the Clark tk60 board is entirely different and gives you dual machine guns turret servo functions like recoil. Proportional control and superior sounds. It's one of my favoritesnexusys wrote:Nice build Carl. I like the weathering you did on it too!! DIIRTTYY and RUUUSSSSTY finish.![]()

So does that mean the cloth will stick permanently on the tank?c.rainford73 wrote:Hi there. Not exactly.....the Clark tk60 board and the tk24 allow you to shift into neutral and rev the engine and then shift into gear and drive the tank forward and reverse. A quick snap of the stick to the correct direction and you operate the "clutch"
Very cool feature.
Yes you would need a nice 6-8 channel radio to unlock it's full potential.

The cloth has a light dab of CA glue in just the right spots. If needed you can use ca glue remover and pull it off. The paint underneath will be disturbed but its not completely permanent.

Tanks alot....

Oh wow. I still have TK60 sitting in my tool box untouch for Leo 2. Need time to sit and fiddle it around for it to work. I might need your help one day to go through the setup and requirements if you dont mindc.rainford73 wrote:Not exactly.....the Clark tk60 board and the tk24 allow you to shift into neutral and rev the engine and then shift into gear and drive the tank forward and reverse. V2 has turret stabiliser system that i like hence my preference for modern tanks.
Gotcha! cheers Carl.c.rainford73 wrote:The cloth has a light dab of CA glue in just the right spots. If needed you can use ca glue remover and pull it off. The paint underneath will be disturbed but its not completely permanent.
