, I have the Mato M36 (basically your tank with a different turret) and I do think there is something a bit special about an all-metal tank. You might want go over the wiring carefully and check the vvss suspension is all secure and as it should be, if you haven't already done so, as Mato's QC appears a bit hit and miss. out of interest which track type did you plumb for?

as it is becoming quite evident that these Mato's are not, at present, a good choice it seems.
Good luck with the refund - and hopefully you will have a much better experience with your next tank.
