Curious as it is all metal..what are the largest motors that will fit..will the promax 480's fit or the 400's?

Actually looking at the close up Tom H provided..it looks like plenty of room for Promax 480 motors. My Stug gearbox has the low low set up so the 380's I put in there that I got from the 4:1 steel gears..I had to cut the motor pins off the back of each one to fit them back to back. But these have plenty of space for longer motors it shows :)

Yeah 480s should fit fine! I haven't had a chance to run it properly yet, I need an ibu 3 first

Good to know 480's will fit. Need to get the tank first of course:) But when you run yours..let us know how she runs overall and I'm curious if you think 400's or 480's are needed.

Hard to tell from the photos..but looks like a battery could fit on top/along one of the side panels? Curious also what size and type of speaker going in there? I'd love to fit a FRS-7 or 8 or at least something that is in that ballpark for sound! Great tank:)

I plan on fitting a Tamiya Sherman speaker, they sound good but mainly because I already have a spare one somewhere! If I remove the cross member the top locks onto I think it will fit. Should be fine getting a battery in.

Sounds like a good plan! Please post more pictures when you fill it up with components.

Here's a quick shot of the internals on my RTR version. The Mato speakers actually sound better than I thought they would, although I have nothing to compare with at the moment. I do, however, like the idea of having two smaller speakers and the convenience of not filling the already congested hull with a larger/better single but I guess therein lies the trade-off, horses for courses and all that. (note: the internals here have been tidied up a fair bit by me, they were quite messy on arrival tbh. Also, the Tarr smoker wasn't included with the package and it isn't connected up yet).

Very nice! Thanks! Looks like the battery could be moved to one of the side rails where the speakers are. Just thinking
how I may lay the inside out:) What is the width of the hull? And height from the floor to the top of that metal bracket in the back?
