Check your bbs..DON'T USE THE STOCK ONES...get some precision BBs ;) ...lubing the mech doesn't hurt...some good pure silicon spray shot into the barrel (half a seconds worth then dry fire) ...and make sure the rubber bunting on the end of the internal barrel is seated well...on the walker it will take some work...you have to disassemble the mantlet and pull the mech to do this ;)

By the way, my airsoft main gun jammed. I experience this on both of my HL tanks. The solution is to disassemble the airsoft and clean the barrel. Everything will be back to normal.

Its been awhile
Been enjoyin this tank alot,i aint been postin cuz im not really scalin this out.
I respect the nice detail work you folk do.

I on the other hand have been beatin on her with my son.
I removed the turret and put his stuffed mario toys in the turret hole as a driver....we then pretend battle....ect.
Tonight i finally put everything back together along with some light buckets on the front, got airsoft back operational and been fpv every now and then.

Just wanted to say thanx....and the walker is a great investment.

For mths she aint been running, moneys very tight and my transmitter stopped working.
Ontop of that i kinda lost intrest and sold/traded off almost all my rc stuff.
Tonight i was bored and dug into the radio to determine that the battery contacts lost contact with a few batteries causing my issue.
Charging up the pack and back rolling real soon.

My guess is that the pots on the tx are out of alignment, the joys of Chinese electronics. It's sometimes possible to dismantle the tx and move them, it depends on how they have constructed it.

I was tempted to adjust the pots last night while i was in there.
Ill pull her back down and fool around with it.
After charging last night.
If i go full foward then full reverse she will shut down.gotta start her back up.
I think my stoc battery is toast....tanks alot slower than i remember.

Has anyone installed a electrical slipring in their hl tanks before?
This will allow 360 rotation without fear of tangled wires.
Ive used them in my rc crane and excavator with nice results.
Just not sure with airsoft unit ......if theres enough room.

Room is tight, ill have to install slipring poking through battery box.....which means upgrading to a 2s lipo to save room.
My slip ring is a 6 pole....need 10 poles,8 for turret control,2 for airsoft fire.
Looking at a wonderful diagram posted here.....i can connect some grounds and hot to get that down to 7 poles needed.
A 10-12 pole slip ring is bigger and wont fit.
Ill do some head scratching.
