The way I figure it is a free resorce and it's easy to work with coffee stix from McDonald's in use this technique for most turrets .... see my E79 bud last year

Here you go a quick update showing the coffee sticks and what I do .,the turret side will have a layer of
Milliput to give a cast surface over the coffee stix

you can't see it that we'll the the sides of the turret are sloped slightly
but I tried to get a pic or two that my help to see also the turret inside is now hollow for the fitment of the gun mount and elevator and I hope a recoil

Wahoo easter weekend on the way and "

Fantastic ....tinkering time ...

Right now it's 9 PM on a Wednesday night ...later start at work toms so no need for early bed ...
I been a bit busy most of the day popping Milliput over My coffee stix ...only done one side
Run out of Milliput ...bugger ...also sorted out the beginning of the turret roof ...

Any way enjoy the pics the tell so much more than me rabbiting one

Hi all

Ok at long last easter seems to be well and truly hone ..how ever the chocolate has not ?
Any was had a bit of time to play around with the T29E3
It is bigger than I realized and the shaping of the turret been a right sod ..and filler filler and more filler
Shaped and re shaped to get it looking right

The pics below are a bit atmospheric just for a bit of fun ,,u can see what imam up to and yes there's more filler needed ...
The gun mantle is in progress and sill fitted the stick HL 90 mm gun ..which now looks so small and out of scale.....but still it helps give an idea of size ...eek
