I'm sure you'll enjoy whichever one you get. I'm a bit like you as I'm just 52 and was well excited and couldn't wait for my tank once I decided to get one. I was lucky as had money from getting my motorbike written off in an accident. Trouble is I'm still at home recovering and have got too much time to trawl Ebay and read forums and websites. I've gone from never having any RCs to having 3 now. My Torro Tiger, a Tamiya Lunchbox. a Tamiya Midnight Pumpkin, those 2 were kits and great fun to build and play with. I am now looking at getting a Tamiya 1/14 King Hauler to build, funds and wife allowing.

It's funny Mick, I'm also a biker and as the track days stop and I ride less, my rc tanks come out. In the summer I tend not to bother as much with the model side of things but as soon as I wrap the bike up in the late autumn, the tank itch takes over again.

If I ever give up bikes completely, the money would go straight on a 1/6 armortek tiger, or maybe king tiger.

Ed,
Rayzzer said it. The anticipation waiting for a new tank is amazing! Especially when you have a high expectation of it being correct and being on time like with RCTank.de
