the celebration of the oak a pagen ritual or was that Lithuania ? ,,,,,,,love to see your country a bit cold ? firmly a sun person is it a safe haven or just like in uk

Yes, we have a kind of celebration on the 23. of June - it's our national celebration...
Today outside it's +2, so not so cold. Of course, in the winter some days there are -20 - -30, but not so often.
It's safe enough in Riga- You can see that I'm still alive! If seriously, there're couple of districts in our town where You shouldn't be at night, as in every town, I think...
