Thank you for the kind words Alpha! She really is a monster in all senses of the word, glad you like the weathering. Hair spray technique makes it really easy to do chips like this. Must thanks martin for his advice about this and oils for weathering.

there's a fair way to go yet, wheels and tracks need painting. Then I need to finish the pin washes, maybe a filter, grime and rain streaks, mud and rust (have bought some pigments to try this time!) and finally will need to add the soot on the exhausts and the mortar (I'm guessing as they're rocket assisted shells this would be accurate).

Good morning. As complicated and intense as the paint scheme is, the pin wash defines the separate pieces and detail work nicely. Looking amazing, Tom!

Looking great. Are you using water based acrylics with the hairspray method, or emamels?

I'm using tamiya acrylics! Me (well my airbrush) and vallejo don't mix well!

You know Tom... even though she looks close to completion... I can tell there is still some ways to go...I got this from your Tiger build...what I can appreciate most about your detailing is you do just enough...where some might go too far... can't wait to see how you simulate the carbon burns from the mortar launch..something different for sure

I'm really looking forward to the end product, I've got a show tomorrow with the MAD club and spend tonight hooking up all the electronics in her. Tamiya electronics now hooked up so she's ready to go. Will be interesting to see how she copes on grass. With batteries and all the guts I think the weights getting on over 9kg!!'

That's a solid 20pds or to put it into an easily understandable term, 4 gallons of milk. Please do a video of the outdoor run if you can? It's been a long, 'heavy' trip to get it to this point, Sir.

Would have been cool to see what kind of footprint she left in snow...bet even in hard pack...she would leave quite the mark
