FINAL MARKINGS!

Finally got to make the last custom decals (chevrons and numbers) and transferred these on the RC tank. A few paint touch ups, followed by a wash, then a clear flat coat to seal everything.

Getting closer to finishing Nub Nub.

A few more details to add like the vision blocks. Rest of the stowage will be arriving end of the month or next along with the Pikachu crew (the other Pikachu figures that arrived earlier were too small). I'll have to scratchbuild some ammo boxes and find a way to make cast copies. Sometime next year this and the Leo will have the Vampire battle unit.

After seeing film of these things in 'use' since 1990-sporting sand deco, the NATO look is quite cool

Any thought given to putting some grenade in the launchers or making covers for them?

With the tank dull coated, it was time to add the mud flaps for the front fenders. Used bicycle tube for it.

Well... it's been a while. I haven't installed the last bits because I've been too busy playing with the tank as it is hehehe anyhow, the new Pikachu figures arrived and they are as small as the first batch. Oh well. I'll just use all of them.

My jerrycans and packs arrived a few days ago and it's time to kit up the M1. For now, I made one of those OIF-I era racks for up to three jerrycans. This only made their appearance during OIF-1, the invasion of Iraq itself, and AFAIK only in the 3ID. It's a field mod but I like it so I made one for my M1A2.
