Noodles 1 - Bix 0 ,full time here at the Noodle Wrangling Carnival on the Gold Coast.
Going to pay a guy to fight the noodle war for me...............mercenaries, like hookers- anythings possible if you pay them
Just mucking around with helmets and bits, changing the log rope to a chain and on to the house ruin.

...I guess it can be hard if you want to hide all the wires lol.... but more or less it is like hooking up a RX.... the home theater amp being the RX ... usually one High Def cable connecting the two... then the rest of the wires to the speakers ...adding a Hard drive to it would be like hooking in another motor on the tank so would a DvR
But you hired a Tech Elf...so things should progress from now
Been a bit of a break in progress lately.
Was out with the wife looking yet more stuff to put in the new place & I went for a wander with one of the kids- which was squarking- ended up in some random section that carried haberdashery..............that concept is so old fashioned I struggle to spell it !
I found some material thats some form of filling for costume tu-tu's
It looked to me to be a pretty close match for wire netting for a German helmet.
Invested an entire 80 cents for enough to supply helmets for the Army group South !!
Coated one of the helmets in super glue & pressed the centre of the helmet into the material.......then waited.
Pretty happy with the result, the Tamiya field grey is a little strange looking colour wise, but once weathered should blend in.
I know the helmets on the tank dont have the wirenetting, but it looks right & I'm having one at least on ole Whitey !!
got a light dry brush of gunmetal over the chicken wire, just to lighten up the colour.
Mounted a first helmet on the rear above the log to see how it would go. Ok I think, better when its blended in.
I reckon the mesh one will go on the stowage bin .
I cant really make out the square object on the log in the subject picture, and that makes it hard to give reasonable form to.
Any suggestions welcome.
