I don’t think I have ever bought anything for my tanks other than the ibu from anyone other than Dave and as a rule if he doesn’t have it in stock he can usually get it within a couple of weeks

They definitely provide exceptional service.
I ordered some parts whilst they were on holiday and received a phone call on the Sunday when they returned to update me on the availability of one of the items.
