Found this.

Its for use with an ASP board, but the theory is what Im on to.
In line with Mr Raminators recommended steps, the statement that its a cost cutting measure to wire them like this kind of explains things.
I will go back in order to go forward and remove the taigen wiring & start again.
Makes sense to have them into individual plugs for sure.
Are you able to confirm from your Tiger which of the 3-2-2-2 plugs are for what function please?
Just want to check the actual T-90 / New HL functions are from which sockets.
I have stock T90 controls with this Taigen unit, so once I know what sockets should do what, I can wire up and plug in accordingly.
The donor Taigen Tiger at least proved my fitting worked, and got the barrel into forward battery.
But now its a pioneering expedition

I will check the plug configuration for you today when I get home from work Herman

Hi Herman I know I took the upper hull off and snapped some photos of the wiring. When I get home tonight or tomorrow tell me exactly what you need to see and I'll take her apart again to help out

Ive not given up, just out of ideas and patience for now.
Looks like a very kind hearted member of the North Brisbane RC Tank Club is going to actually donate an old IBU2 board and 4 channel transmitter to get this project back on track.
Mr Reaper reckons that "this is what the hobby is all about"....................and I thank him publicly for his benevolence
Hope to pick it up this weekend and be back on the bench pushing on.

Good afternoon,
This is very good news! There is nothing more aggravating and fun 're'ducing than electronics when they are not working as they are supposed to.

Painless

Well fellas, I'm back in the game.
Picked up my Jagdprojeckt from Mr Reaper with the surplus IBU2 board fitted & tested.
The HL system will just go into my munition panzer which doesn't need any turret controls, so I will have a sweet sounding PzIII if nothing else !!
Cannot thank Mr Reaper enough for his generosity and for taking the time away from his own family & projects to do mine.
Sure is good to have a smile back on my face after the recent series of events & now, once the creative juices start to flow again, I can look to getting this completed and set up with pride of place.
I do need to get a better speaker though, its better than a HL can use, but short on an IBU
(Cant win

)
Thanks again to Mr Reaper for his goodwill...................and to others who have offered help behind the scenes, sure is a good feeling to know you guys are happy to pitch in for another member
