@Abo - The compressor is set quite high its about 30psi I think, but the airbrush is 2 way, so I can adjust the travel, pressure and paint volume from the handset anyway. One thing I have now noticed is that the needle has a microscopic bend right on the tip. This is probably collecting paint and causing the problems. New needle or airbrush required methinks!  :-[
