You could clean the metal parts with a bit of aceton first.
I tried several options, priming with and without red oxide primer.
Makes both not much of a difference to me….
So now I just spray without the primer!

Ah Fair Enough. That Saves money for not buying the primer spray.

And Another Question. When i order the Armor Side Kit for Aliexpress (3d printed on turret skirts, and brackets and very thin metal sheets for tracks skirt). What sort of glue do i need? e.g Super Glue?

The skirts are just hanging on the hooks, not glued.
The support brackets I did glue with superglue indeed.

Now I'm Pretty sure i've learned how to apply paint and attaching additional kits.

But, Thanks guys for supporting to help me out.

I'd give them a clean with hot soapy water or some methyl hydrate (denatured alcohol, fondue fuel whatever your country likes to call it), and then prime. Does it help paint adhesion on the metal? Typically yes, and more importantly, if you get some chips or scratches through the topcoat paint, it'll show red oxide and not shiny silver. But that's just what I'd do. YMMV!

Argh shoot... I've made a mistake ordering the Paint. So I've just ordered 2x Cans of Vallejo 28002 Aerosol Panzer Grey 400ml instead of 2x TS-4 100ml. (But their website doesn't have cancel order option. But will try contact their email/store)
Will see how comes out.

The Vallejo is a better match. Panzergrau was much darker than the blue-grey of the Tamiya

Yeah. But I'll would prefer lighter grey.

You can always give it the more authentic base and then weather and dust it to a lighter more realistic in the field look. There was a thread a few months back with images of what people here had used to produce Panzergrau panzers
