That would be the "Racing Stewart", complete with sponsors logo's. I will have to get a better picture taken at some point.MonsieurTox wrote: ↑Sun Dec 07, 2025 11:12 am Not sure if the Stuart is yours but what's that white camo?

Re: Things I have been working on...
The full story is that I once sarcasticaly refered to the Stuart as 'racing stewart' due to its performance, in front of my friends 5 year old son, who picked that up on immediately and asked Daddy if he could play with his 'racing stuart'
I was also immediately told that I was 'not popular right now' by his father (johnbr on this forum) for teaching his boy this nonsense...
And so I doubled down - and bought another stuart (with the intent to throw away the top and make a M5 HST to tow my 155 howitzer). £5 worth of white spray paint and a set of 1/32 slot car decals later and we have our racing tank.

A stripe of red tartan around the turret would truly make it a "Racing STEWART"!

It does have the correct Stewart Racing tartan stripes, but for whatever reason they were down played on the SF03 that the decal set came from - the tartan stripe was much longer and more prominant on the SF01.ColemanCollector wrote: ↑Sun Dec 07, 2025 8:59 pm A stripe of red tartan around the turret would truly make it a "Racing STEWART"!

Still, its one of my favourite F1 liveries.

Nice job on this! I remember when I was a kid that the best Estes model rocket flyer I ever had was a V2... always came back to me despite repeated attempts at losing it
