The Final Stages Of The Painting & Weathering Have Now Been Completed:
The painting & weathering has now been completed & I have applied a matt clear coat to protect the finish.
No tools or accessories have been fitted at this stage.

The photo below shows some of the extra work I’ve done, including one of the replacement track guard hinges & bolt heads, some extra details I’ve added to the toolbox, the cable wiring & cable clamps for the headlights & horn, the replacement upper spare track holder can also be seen in the photo below.

Another view of the tow cable brackets & the engine deck lifting hook, also one of the retaining brackets I made for the hinged rear track guard end flaps.

The upper hull on the full size tank is made up of two separate sections that bolt directly to the lower hull, namely the rear engine deck section & the front upper hull section to which the turret is attached, as this important detail was missing on the model I decided to include it.
In the photo below the missing detail I added can be seen. I did this by cutting a groove to represent the separation between the rear upper hull engine deck section & the front upper hull turret section.
One of the turret lifting hooks I made can also be seen below (one fitted to each side of the turret).

A closeup of the rear track guard hinge & bolt heads. Also to improve the appearance of the track guards I separated the different sections by cutting through them.
