i replace the rotation Unit of my Puma because the motor is too weak or the gear reduction is too low...
use then a small gearmotor like this: it works perfectly and use half of space

Old version (black) & new version (white).

the new version works perfectly and fits into the hull without interfering with the transmission or engine:

Always loved the Puma. Man that's a lot of parts! Talk about complex, about as much as the real thing!
