I bet your pardon. Rad_Schuhart. One of our go-to guys for expanding the possibilities of the rc tank experience in control and sound effects. One of several mentors that have helped me in this hobby.

Ah okay thanks for letting me know.

Meanwhile I think I'll get a torro with an upgraded board and that seems to be a good option

How easy would it be to say take a torro leo and swap in a clark tk90g2 board?

I've seen videos of someone on yt having done this and it seems to have many nice features such as auto gun stabilisation and tracking and much better sounds!

It’s a little more complicated than that but very very doable. I’m no electronics expert and I was able to pull it off. The servos that operate the FLW-200 turret mounted .50 cal are hooked up directly to the receiver and the Clark board takes care of the rest. The Flysky i6s radio operates all the functions flawlessly. Are you in the USA? I may be able to save you a lot of time and money.

No sadly, UK here.. the torro doesn't have a motorized 50 cal so won't need to be worried about that.

I just want a board that has all the advanced features of the tamiya that'll work with a torro leo

You need a different radio to operate a Clark board (if I understand your question correctly). I was going to offer my tank and Flysky i6s radio for a song and a dance (well over $1,200 invested). I’ve absolutely lost all interest in modern tanks. But I don’t think overseas shipping would be economically feasible. Besides, my Clark board has developed a broken solder joint somewhere (again) so it needs another repair or replacement. I just don’t have the heart to move forward with it. If ElMod supported GBS I would keep it and get an ElMod board for it. I worked my ass off building it. :silent:
