That made me laugh thinking of several British Leyland cars I was unfortunate enough to own years ago...

Have given up totally on Clark / Motion.. but can wait longer having had my share of Hooben fails.

For anyone interested in this one, best get some clear answers on how & what that CHRISTIE SUSPENSION SYSTEM™ is made of. After seeing how poorly my latest Hooben Hetzer has faired with is 3DP PLA suspension, it will be a cold day in Hell before I buy another.

Wow, I didn't know that they use 3D printed parts now. I've seen olny their T-55 and Elefant and all parts was made of injection plastic.

Suspension parts on elefant and the T55 were metal and plastic. I would have another T55, but not an Elefant.

Here's the Hetzer. Perhaps they've learned their lessons about building them cheap but this has to be the worst example for toy grade engineering I've come across - Hooben's track tensioner. And yes, all the entire suspension except for fasteners shown are 3DP. At least they sent me a replacement arm printed in nylon.

Forgot to mention, Tomas from Warprints is following with a Cromwell once he completes his current 1/6 Hetzer. Believe he plans to offer in both 1/16 & 1/6 scale so there will be another option to consider that's not too far down the road.
