I have to say Carl that this is looking pretty damned good, when you started out I wondered what it was going to end up like, and you have done an excellent job! :thumbup:

Thanks Mick. I've a few builds going right now and this one has become my favourite for sure. Aside from the unique kit that Tom sold me, many of the parts are readily available and every week I order a bit more. Fitting the front bosch headlamp and wiring and then it's time to install some electronics and the metal brackets needed to house the large servos for the elevation and recoilImage

Are you going to put the side skirts, track guards (whatever they're called) on this?

I have one of the old heng long tiger ones, with the shorter barrel, was wondering which way to go with it, and I don't like the look of the sturmtiger.
No skirts and no mudguards ImageMick I say go for it, there must be a conversion kit somewhere on the forum or for sale onlineImage
