If the targeting system is electronic, then not only are the opposition unable to tell anyone where the target is, they can't use sighting systems to hit it, it's a pretty good strategy in my book, the ultimate defence system. It's as if they are saying, sure, attack us if you want, but we have taken all of the bullets out of your guns.
