ra272, Good morning,
I am really a fan of the flowing organic looking three tone paint jobs on German armor. As the other folks have noted, you really have got it spot on!
regards,
Painless

Thank you all for the good comments.

I don't use any mask, it's all free handed.
I would like to have less overspray, but it's hard to play with nozzles, dilution, pressure...
If you look closely, it's not that good...

Thank you, I have a FR8 in my Taigen Tiger, but it was hard to find room in the metal chassis, I thought in the plastic chassis of this project, it would have been even harder to fit such a big speaker.

It's always tricky fitting everything..on my KT I took the locking device off and put the battery across the back- also those
zippy thin lipos give a bit extra room. Regardless amazing work done here!!

The three color camo is now finished.
I broke the thin tow cable...Heng Long plastic it very cheap. I was wondering if it is possible to adapt a Tamiya cable I had from a previeous King Tiger project, and guess what?
Tamiya and Henglong cables are exactly the same.
Absolutely no difference between the grey Tamiya and the black broken Henglong.
I have painted the tools and the tracks, and I began a light weathering. It's not finished yet, but I took some pictures anyway.
