Here's some shots of my Mercedes Benz 770. Its just like Max's 770 but in convertible form which cost a little more but I have plans for it so I needed the convertible.
Photo etched hood ornament and grill.
Max here's where ours differ.
Folding 3rd row seats anyone?

Now I see why the cabriolet costs more. That's a great interior. The doors on mine open, but you just can't see the detail like you can with a ragtop.
The BBI is very nice, and much better detail than the 21st Century stuff. One thing that may not be right is the tail-wheel. I'm a little fuzzy on this, but I read somewhere that the tail-wheel on the Bf109 was problematic so Galland had them all locked in place and they no longer retracted in flight. The 109 was one of Adolph's favorites, and there's a great story about him flying to a party with a case of champagne tucked between his rudder pedals. But still a great looking model and I'll be keeping my eye open for one. Do you know what other models BBI makes? I really wish someone would produce these in true 1/16th scale!

Checked more into BBI, and they make 5 or 6 WWII planes, and a lot of modern jets and helicopters, all in 1/18.

I am digging the ragtop Mecedes! That's a killer Plane as well. Good job and fine acquisitions! Envy, Envy! Do they make the Automobile in other colours?

Not that I'm aware of Mr.Painless, I believe that it only came in black.
Give me a week I have a couple more surprises on the way.

Sweet none the less! Looks like it is made by the same folks who do the G4 ( photo etched grill and radiator cap, red flags and stanchions ) I'll go casually look for one. ;o) Planes I think I can safely leave to you. ;o)

FedEx truck brought goodies today!
Armed motorcycle escort and guards for Field Marshal Rommel
Mercedes Benz 770 with Rommel, another officer and driver.
Mercedes Benz G4 with another officer, driver, and aid
1935 Maybach SW35, Rommels guards ride in comfort
Here's the figure of Field Mashal Rommel I ordered. He's supposed to be custom painted but IDK the paint job looks kinda cheesy to me. Hopefully someone who is good at painting figures can chime in but I'm think he needs to be re-done.
