Well.... Technically you could change the control board from one tank to the other as you go.jarndice wrote:You very slyly failed to mention the cost of 18 new receivers, One per Tank,![]()
I am of course joking, a new control board (CLARK/ASP/IBU2) are all miles better than what is provided by TAIGEN/HENG LONG and dare I say it TAMIYA!

You might consider getting at least one stronger one...those Batteries are ok...but may not be giving you the power you need....NGKGTATT wrote:I am using a Heng Long Ni-Cd 7.2v 1700Mah battery. LOL...Anything is better than the stock batteries lol....I think the real test is when you get your gearboxes back...You might want to make a set of test leads and test the gearboxes before you install themNGKGTATT wrote:I ordered a 2800mAH battery, is this going to be enough?ALPHA wrote:You might consider getting at least one stronger one...those Batteries are ok...but may not be giving you the power you need....NGKGTATT wrote: I am using a Heng Long Ni-Cd 7.2v 1700Mah battery. Changed the battery to 2800mah, my KT is running fine with the new gear box. Well, surely it is the old 1700mah battery's fault(worn out maybe).ALPHA wrote:LOL...Anything is better than the stock batteries lol....I think the real test is when you get your gearboxes back...You might want to make a set of test leads and test the gearboxes before you install themNGKGTATT wrote:I ordered a 2800mAH battery, is this going to be enough?ALPHA wrote: You might consider getting at least one stronger one...those Batteries are ok...but may not be giving you the power you need....![]()
