It does make you wonder what the founding fathers would think, 
The revolution was to remove the despotism and unfair imposition of laws on the citizens of the colony and here we have the local lawmakers forcing the citizens to obey despotic and unfair laws,
It would appear to be time to man the barricades brothers, or perhaps demand that local councillors do what YOU are paying them to do, and ensure that the citizen is treated with respect, and that petty rules and petty enforcers get the push.
If you like you could always say sorry and rejoin us in the Empire.
I promise we won't "STRIKE BACK", honest.
