I like metal tracks on a tank, been looking at Tamiya's for King Tiger £190 :( Is there a way round this can you use other's...
That's another thing Jake...Tamiyas are prioritized.... sprockets wheels etc ... have to be Tamiya or Impact...Tracks as well... 8O

I actually have henglong panther tracks on on of my tamiya panthers. Tracks are pretty interchangeable, gearboxes just need a couple of holes drilled. You'll also need different sprockets or get your dremel out and grind down the output shaft.
Good to know Tom.. on the KT... neither my Mato or Heng Long tracks will go on the Tamiya...But hey any info that helps Jake... it's a wash to me.. :D

    I agree... FUN is what you make of it... It is the reason we are all in this Hobby...find what makes you happy and just go with it ...for me it's what ever fits the GUP genre...so far HL has provided :D

By the way Horses...with my Herschel.... I think I finally caught up with you :haha:  :haha:

some prices.
M51,Super Sherman $573=£343
JS-2, $726=432
Jagd Panther/Panther G, $674=£403

All with radio gear, not too bad....

From what I could work out postage to the UK was around £50

1/6 Alpha I haven't built a 1/16 yet....
U.S. dollars plus shipping plus if you want to battle you still have to buy that.... I guarantee you by the time you are done with accessories and other "stuff" you will drop over a G note on Tamiya no problem...
Not in the uk! You can get a hidden battle unit for £30. Up and running for £500 maybe?
