Hi Gary. Finally! I found the color scheme I could work with... and it only involves Red brown. Took a trip down my LHS, and found the 1/48 Panzer 4, ausf J by Tamiya.... It included the two-tone color scheme with tactical number 1032..... Now I just need to finish the upper hull.

I'm once again trying to study the switch placement...... Apparently, the one I'm building requires the addition of the schurzen mounts.... so it might block the spare track links that swivel to reveal the switch.... Though if I find it to be too cramped and taxing.... I'll do the same as you and leave it where it is.

Stowage bin?! That's a good idea! If you ever get to do so, I'd like to see how you go about it. From your pix, looks like you're about done. Nicely weathered too! I like the bucket! Are you going with the TBU or are you going to try out the new IBU's?

Having some technical difficulties at the moment :( ..... had to re-format my hard drive and tried switching operating systems..... now my problem is finding the right software to transfer my pix....

Anyhow, not much progress on my build.... just finished removing the tools from the sprue and did some seam removal.....

I'll post pix once I get things sorted out...

Hi! Sorry for the lack of progress pix of my build, been swamped with work.... done the camo work on the turret so far, have yet to attach the schurzens though. I've laid out the dark yellow coat for the upper hull and yet to apply the camo scheme. The tools have been primed and are about ready to receive it's proper paint coat. I've also made the cable connection for the headlights to the upper hull.... Here's a few pix of my delayed build.... How's your panzer by the way?
