Thanks Painless
She's not done yet - camo net and 1/10th scale rucksacks and bags to add. They will most likely be chucked next to the spare wheel and the camo net/webbing will tie down to hold it on as per photos from Gulf War

Closeup of the .50 cal and something I recently acquired - brand new and in original condition!

Ad Lav,
Congratulations on the .50 cal. It is one of the best looking ones I have seen and I am very fond of Tamiya's kit version. Extra Congo Rats on the new Hummer as well! It looks extra sweet even boxed up and new.

Painless

As an engineer I would want the spare central for weight distrubution and the rucksacks around it. But in the field anything goes.
Very nice hummer like your weathering a lot,
As an observation ( please I'm not a rivot counter LoL) the cargo net in the your photo is a bit dark the ones I saw in kuwait and Oman was all bleached a lot lighter ( a bit like the colour of the light brown of your table the photo was taken on )

Thanks Denzil, and don't worry - rivet counters don't scare me
I have thought about either dying the fabric or painting it once I've decided how to fit everything!!

Ad Lav,
No Dying, Ok? Still stuff to build. ;o) I like the Tire\Rucksacks on the side combo. Helps keep visible height just a tiny bit lower.

Amended for you painless!
I need to paint them and then see how I feel about placement. Plus adding webbing straps to attach some on the side/back.
