Does this look right. I only need the measurements from the mantle.

Good evening,
Yes. Those measurements and the general barrel shape are spot on.

Good afternoon,
Since new tracks are in the works, some one piece ( with no glued on washers ) track return rollers seem appropriate as well. Here are the roller measurements pics.

Hy Guys!
I see that you are experimenting with the tracks what i have designed! That's awesome and really worms my heart!
My design was updated last week for better fitment and easy assembly with M3x20 screws for more scale look.
My design was made after the 21 century static Stuart model so the fitment on the stock drive wheel should be ok. The return wheel problem was well known by me ... but it should be anyhow modified for the scale look.
Also working on a scale looking and working idler assembly...and testing one existing design (thingiverse) of the idler assembly.
All the best!

Herman!
Hello! This Build always gets shelved in between 1/16 armor. I have a new set of working return rollers to install on it. I am now scraping up the 400.00 to buy a working set of tracks. ( The Plastic and Whatever tracks it is currently with are kind of tight for the stock boxes and running gear that I have modded ) Never fear tho'. It will be completed. Along with the towed arty piece I have for it, it will likely be the only 1/6 scale tank that I build.
regards,
Painless
