Thank you for looking in! The excellent Figures are exactly the reason I steered away from having another go at making one of Heng Long or Taigens supplied figures work. There is only so much that you can do with paint. Doing a side by side comparison with these figures, I just set the 'good' one that I had selected to use, back into Spares. Back when I was doing Mike's Tiger, I did a pictoral side by side of the Commanders available from Tamiya, Taigen and Heng Long. It was easy to see where the Chinese companies had gotten their inspiration and how far they had yet to go. This one is almost done and it has been Fun!

Like the crew, HL versions are pretty crude. Whats available thats good quality and easy to fit in position without giving the the chop and remodelling with filler?

What an exceptional example of an early panzer. Those turret mounted Jerry cans make it look menacing

Thanks for looking in! The Commander is from LicMas in Germany and the Gunner\Loader figure is from a Czech mold maker. Sassgrunt will have more information on that source. Carl! Thanks for coming along. I'm glad that it is turning out as good as it has. ;o) Almost finished and I'll do a reveal with weathering and all the detail added.

Good afternoon all.
The DAK Panzer IV 'F' Build is complete as of 10/20. This will be the last Photo Dump for the actual Build. There will be a couple of Videos ( Countertop Test and a Run in the 'Rough' ) to follow along with a short Show Off Thread set. This tank was not built to exacting standards but the location and unit markings are correct. 'Freda's name and crew are the fantasy elements of the Build and provide the most entertainment. Enjoy!
