Does this mean the arrival yet again in 9 months time of the patter of tiny feet? :O
I have limited my comments on your exploits with the Panther simply because I have been P**ded off by the so called professional makers of Tanks and their ability to rip off the less knowing members of our hobby with PAN-TIGERS.
A trap I have avoided by never buying one! But your example of a believable type unlike HENG LONG's baseless and fraudulent example is beginning to stir my antipathy and who knows I might search out a "REAL" 1/16 Panther :haha: .
I have Just like you, and a lot of other people suffered the downside of life's rich tapestry, it makes the inevitable arrival of the good side all the richer, take care. shaun

Feet - patter/tiny thereof......................HHHeeeeeeeeeLLLLLL NOoooooo !!
I've been in training for the new outfit and getting a reload of all the stuff thats been uploded for the last decade.
I made sure that the sheer volume of Tennessees finest export rendered me well and truely "contracepted" but none the less dedicated :haha: :haha: :O :wtf:
I miss the time out to 'tank' like I used to have, but hopefully things will settle soon.
I have taken steps to secure some hardware for the next project(s) already even though this one is far from done.

Great tip on the paste, nil stock on enquiry at the time this weekend. More arriving soon apparently.
I also have plans for a weary Tiger & would be happy to get it looking like Mr Tanks, Mr Sov's, Mr Hugills, Mr Hotte's & yours once done.
A Fehrmann Tiger to be exact. Not picked a turret number as yet. Leaning to '05 though.
Will se how things roll.

I'm definitely going to do a Fehrmann Tiger 'F05 after the STuG III. No pictures of it apparently but quite a bit of descriptive text.

For the record...............Panther G spare track section keeper pin retaining chains are a Class 'A' , Royal pain in the ass to do.
Next time, I'm buying the %$$@#^%$^ n things :/
They look good once on but jeez I can do without it. Just a mental block to overcome I guess. :problem:

Herman,
You are right. The track chain retainers look great once done but are ridiculously fiddly while going on. You've done an all around great job here, my friend.

Painless

Team. I'm off to places unknown as of 0345hrs tomorrow.
All I know is I will be driving for a while & then in a bus for a longer while. The a 4WD for a while.
I was supposed to catch 3 planes then the 4WD, but things change.
Im at a bit of a hold up waiting for the night fighting hardware to arrive from Asiatam, a little concerned as to the postage duration up to now.
I have recieved massive air shipments for rig gear in under 120 hours from the U.S. and a postard & photos from rural Austria that I posted myself in under 36.......................It better be here when I get back :problem:

Have given the grey-green AS-3 a run on the left over king tiger mudguard & the jury is still out as to if this will be the base on this Panther. Is quite dark, but at the same time is an aluring tone that somehow seems to be plausible for a technically post war dated production run of a panther.
I really need to do the complete pattern I have in mind over it to consider the full effect, so now, I must wait.........focus and keep all my fingers, then see how things roll once I get back.

Good morning, Herman,
I hear you. I've done a Panther but still have a Jagdpanther and another set of those things awaiting me up in future days. Oh well, we have a Hobby. We toil and sometimes get to have fun. ;o)

Painless talk to me about Toiling, I went on line because I had need of some "U" shaped tow rope clasps, Mato make them and ALIE-EXPRESS had them in their catalogue BUT not in stock!!
This exercise in futility took nearly an hour of my precious time.
So what to do?
A sheet of 2mm plasticard, A Marker Pen, A couple of Files and a Micro Saw, Ten minutes later I had made 3 of them and after I paint them I will have saved my self a 2 week wait for the postman and £12.
I think I shall make myself a full size Ferrari F 40, I should have it done by teatime :haha: shaun
I think I am about to upset someone :haha:

Jarndice,
Don't forget to toss a line here when simple need arises. I figure that all of us have a spares box by now. ;o) Anything that can be sent in an envelope is toot sweet simple to do.
