I found this connector in my box of fpv stuff, not 100% sure its the right one but it fits and works.

I think its a 4 pin JST GH.

Thanks that's helpful, I found a connector in my box of bits that looks right but its 6 way not 4 way so does not fit but seems the right type.

There are plenty of dasmikro USB on Ali but I read the warnings from Rad on his blog they are all copy chipsets, and its not worth $10-15 just to cut off the connector.

Worst case I could solder on a header I suppose, but ideally I wanted to make up an adapter to just plug in.

Well I can confirm that “ Micro JST GH 1.25 4P” does not fit, I see some usb cables for cheap now so I might buy a dasmikro programmer to get the connector for $5 or so!

Of course now that I'm looking for sound options for my large scale tanks, Benedini and Model Sounds, Inc are both out of business. Are there tank sounds available that can be used in the Dasmikro?

I've got a 1/6th KV-1 and a 1/10th Jagdtiger at the moment. There is a 1/6th Dragon Sherman waiting to be built after the KV-1.
