The sprockets really make your tank look more real then ever.

Off course the red fire extinguisher handle is also a big improvement.

Really works well with the servo's now. Now you can hide in a depression and fire over its edge (hull down) like the real one just like Atcs and mine.
Be in interesting project to make up some kind of turret stabilization setup now that you have the turret and gun movement speeds you would need for it.

Then show us who are electronically challenged how you did it.

Are you going to add a Ir battle system of any kind?

Can't say enough about how well you put it all together.

I read in someone's posting (I think it was in a Tamiya leopard build) about a hidden hit receiver system kit. No mushroom to mess up the look of the tank. There is also the Tamiya gun stab kit but it doesn't really work that smoothly or quick enough on video I looked at and its only gun movement not turret rotation.
Will check to see if you ever perfect one that works.

Hi Scalawag

You have probably seen this video already :https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oRSOZPzT9Ho. I think this may work with a continuous rotation servo instead of a geko unit.

I was going to get the gun stab kit for my leopard but it's £100 and not that good. I'll stick to being a good aim :)

So Paul, why aren't you going to IR the Abrams?

In the leopard I've fitted the LED for the outgoing shot and its hidden from factory. The mushroom will be on show unless I cut it into a figure?
