Re: Technical challenge
I got a ''few'' air arms
seeing as it is not a hand gun or rifle i can go to about 11.5lbs and be fine haha might need a real recoil unit fo it
ohhhh now that does sound fun

Re: Technical challenge
I would make a bespoke tank for a flame unit..... as soon as I can get my hands on a Co2 pistol and take the parts out of it I will be laughing.... hard to find second hand pistols in the uk....all I need is the working part's.... and do away with the casing

And wait for the Home Office to ban it and the Scuffers to come to escort you from the premises.Kiaser wrote:Well they said paintball was dangerous you have do it who knows what is exceptable down the track .
They use tazer guns on people on a regular basis so it is okay to zap people![]()
Your applying the science taking it to the next step and they said scientist are mad , we would be stuck in the Iron Age ", Dream it , build it ."
I think I am about to upset someone

Re: Technical challenge
Dream it build it I like that....I dont go to any meetings or anything like that and I am no hooligan lol, I just like things to go a bit beyond its original idea. paint ball, IR, plastic BB, they are fine, really are.... but 600fps steel shot at 12lbs mmmmm things could look awsome, and had the idea to mount a high speed camera on the main gun so you could watch it blast out the front and make contact with the target

I even fancy a lazer sight lol.... I will not go into my experiments with potassium chlorate needless to say the tank wouldnt take the recoil and the tank went away lol...
Has anyone got an old Co2 pistol by anay chance one with a magazine

Re: Technical challenge
Although I can appreciate the engineering and problem solving aspects of just about anything, I have to agree with Herman, BB's are never going to be popular when there are detailed and expensive tanks around.

Re: Technical challenge
At this point in the discussion I'd like to put forth making the tank shoot .45 ACP rounds. 1 or 2 shots from that at an enemy tank and it should win hands down. Until Herman comes at you with a shovel.
