just a quick note if you spin the wheels on an axel do they run true or are they buckled i found as the wheels are in two parts if the faces dont mate up properly it can make the wheels buckle its an easy fix i just squeezed the wheels together at the point they are furthest apart from each other "do this gently as they are cast alloy and can crack or break!!"then re spin the wheel and check if it runs true if not just repeat until the wheel runs true remember a little bit at a time  see pic

i used a set of plumbers pliers to do this like the ones below

if the wheels wont come true you may need to seperate the two halves and file the two mating surfaces flat so they fit together flush ,hope these couple of ideas are of some use to ya mate if not maybe someone has a better idea .let me know how you get on ,all the best Rob

Hi, all wheels spin truly with no probs, it seems that when I tighten the screw to keep the axle in the mount it tilts the axle upward a little. I think the problem is being solved as I even out the suspension, its almost like the left side are all soft and the right are all stiff, tank looks almost lop-sided. I have put like 20 Kilos on the bare chassis, more on the right side to even it out and the wheels problem is looking better now.
Will let you guys know soon enough and will be updating my thread in HL section with all the stuff I have been doing, though im stuck atm as I dropped a bit of the turret escape hatch hinge yesterday and my floor here is like a black hole, things just vanish and turn up later exactly where I and the help (girlfriend :shh: ) have been looking!!!
